Relief for Troubled Countrywide Sub-Prime and ARM Mortgage Holders

Several state Attorneys General had filed lawsuits against Countrywide because of their lending practices. An agreement has been reached for a program with Bank of America that is designed to allow borrowers who purchased their homes through sub-prime or certain adjustable rate mortgages before December 31, 2007 to keep their homes.

Daytona Beach Real Estate Sales Stable Despite Economic News

Despite the seemingly endless flow of bad economic news, Daytona Beach real estate sales, remain stable when compared against last month. Through the first 20 days of this month, 154 homes and condos were sold in the Daytona Beach MLS, versus 157 in August.
