“Real Estate is like a box of chocolates”, you start each day thinking you know what will happen that day and then you receive a wonderful surprise. Yesterday, I completed a contract at 96% of asking price on a condo in Daytona Beach – this was also the highest of the last three sales in this particular beachside condominium complex.

This is not a trend, of course, but one little sale, gets another little sale and on it goes. It’s a definite win for today. By the way, this was a very intelligent out of state buyer, she knows the market and knows several owners in the complex where she purchased. She was also fully informed about the prior two sales. Other buyers who are waiting for the Daytona Beach real estate market to bottom out may want to sit up and take notice of events such as this event. The are also great opportunities for Ormond Beach real estate bargains.
