New Video Tour of Daytona Beach Condos
Daytona Beach condos offer a tremendous variety of choices. This video gives you a view of the beauty of these buildings and the Daytona area.
Condominium living along the Atlantic coast is a marvelous way to live. Warm sunshine and cool breezes in the summer and coffee on your balcony during the winter are part of the condo lifestyle. Daytona, Ormond Beach, Ponce Inlet and Port Orange condos offer properties from the very affordable to multi-million dollar luxury penthouses.
Condos start at below $100,000 on the mainland and less the $140,000 on the ocean and about $115,000 for nice riverside units. Condotels are converted hotels and motels and start under $50,000 with a large number available at under $100,000.
Condos make great vacation homes, with the outside maintenance performed by the association in almost all cases. It’s great to be able to lock and leave. Many of our winter residents do just that, travelling during the summer or returning to summer homes. Many units are great for vacation condos and can be rented when you’re not there.
You might seriously consider buying now and renting the unit until you’re ready to move to the Daytona area. Prices are low now, but for how long we don’t know. Many investors are buying now and deferring the cost through rental income.
