Daytona Beach Real Estate Video Market Report July 27, 2008
We’ve entered the video age. Our first video is on sales to date for the month of July presented by Mike Byrne. The length of the video is just under a minute.

Daytona Beach home and condo sales are at 222 units through today. In June, a total of 259 properties were sold, so with four days and the end of the month coming, we should be pretty close to the June results.
Median home prices are at $190,000 through today which is much higher than the $175,000 experienced in both May and June. We will give our full Daytona Beach Weekly Real Estate Report tomorrow night. That report includes mortgage rates, sales and inventory numbers and analysis.
