Daytona Beach real estate is probably not harder to sell, but it is not easier either. The Florida market is suffering for a lot of reasons including the economy and tight mortgage money. We are paying for the sins of speculation and the belief that prices will rise forever.
It’s going to be tough for awhile, but there are great bargains to be had right now.
