Weekly Market Report Added to Daytona Beach Real Estate Site

I’ve added a new feature to my main Daytona Beach Real Estate website, the Daytona Beach Real Estate Market Weekly Report. The report features weekly reports on homes sold, mortgage rates, housing inventory numbers and real estate news of note.

I believe this type of information is needed in the current market. We need to be aware of the factors that are driving this market, prices and sales. We are concerned about the impact of inflation on the housing market and we will report those numbers as they are published, but we need to pay close attention to mortgage rates. For buyers who are waiting for the right market signals for Daytona Beach Homes and Condos, this is one of the key factors to watch.

We are closely watching home prices. Maybe publishing homes sold numbers on a weekly basis is overkill, but we are also comparing those weekly home sales to last month and last year. In this way, we will see trends before others, and our readers and clients will be in a position to take advantage of the market before others.

The Daytona Beach homes market appears to have stabilized in terms of the number of homes sold over the past nine months or so. The numbers for this month will exceed last month.
