Daytona Beach Real Estate Report for January 2008
The residential homes and condo sales numbers for January are in for the Daytona Beach area. 160 residential homes and condos sold in January 2008 as listed in the Daytona Beach MLS (Multiple Listing Service). There are about 6,600 residential properties for sale on the market. The home and condo sales number is down from December 2007 when 231 sold. In January 0f 2007, 223 residential properties were sold.
